Our platform allows couples to create a personalized page by completing a form with their names, wedding date, a special message, and up to 7 photos. After submitting the form, users will be directed to make a payment, and upon confirmation, they will receive a link to their page along with a QR Code via email.

3. Registration and Security

A valid email address is required to use our services. We assure you that your email will not be shared with third parties.

4. Privacy

We prioritize your privacy and do not use your data for purposes such as processing or selling to third parties. The provided email will only be used to send the link to your personalized page.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to the platform, including photos, messages, and other relationship-related information. We disclaim liability for any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material submitted by users.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through the Stripe platform. After payment confirmation, a link to your personalized page will be sent to your email. Refunds are not offered except in exceptional cases, which will be reviewed at Myfavoritedate's discretion.

7. Service Modifications

We are committed to maintaining the service as described in the selected plan (one year for the basic plan or lifetime access for the premium plan). However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service in exceptional situations, such as legal, technical, or financial issues. In such cases, we will strive to notify users in advance and provide alternative solutions. Myfavoritedate is not liable for any losses resulting from these modifications or discontinuations, except in extraordinary circumstances where we will make every effort to minimize the impact.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the platform.
